We're holding 4 weekly training sessions where we’ll deep‑dive into the Workshop Booking Tool and help you feel confident managing your workshop calendar.
You'll have an opportunity to be hands on as we go through the system in our test environment (where you can play around as much as you like without it breaking your actual calendar!) We'll then open up for questions and address your specific issues.
We encourage everyone in you team who uses Workshop Booking to attend!
These sessions are for the Branch Sales and 4x4 Technicians and all completely optional. You only need to attend if you want a recap, have questions or need help to get it up and running in your store. You don't need to attend all sessions, just the ones which interest you.
We've turned on self enrolment. Everyone is able to navigate to the course, sign up.
